Mr yong,
We are very grateful to you for what you have done for us. Personally, I am very touched by all the things you have done for the team, the club. Please do not blame yourself for the defeat. We have nobody to blame. We were just not happy because of the way you do certain things.
By now, you should have known that negative motivation does not work. It may be useful at first, when you first scolded us after the SDBA championships. However, it started getting on our nerves by the SDBF. We understand your intentions, and we know that you mean well and want nothing but the best for us. But it really feels like shit being put down by our teacher just before every race. You told meijie that you were not putting down anybody, but it's your tone which made us feel lousy. By the 2nd day of the National Schs, we were really tired of your 'speeches'. Did you mean to make us fight even harder after knowing our chances were that slim? Then you have insulted us. We knew that we had to fight hard no matter what. We did not need you to knock us on the head just before the semis. Instead, what you said that morning dampened our spirits even more.
After the finals, you told us that you were very proud of us, and it didn't matter to you that we didn't get the titles. I was very happy. My mind was free and easy then. But the next day, you became a tyrant again. I didn't know you took NCC as such an important race, that you told us not to see you if we could not get the title. I was disappointed again after you said that. I admitted that we were wrong to be late. But i did not understand why you have to be so angry. It was our 2nd last training already, did we have to finish our 'career' like this?
You said that you made a mistake. How did you judge whether you have commited a mistake? By whether we got the title anot? Is the title that important to you? You have already taught us that it is not important already, and you shld be proud that we are not sad. You have taught us well.
On the finals, there was this horrible confrontation in the morning. We were not trying to be rude, but we were trying to express to you and daniel how we felt. It was a terrible misunderstanding. We never meant to hurt anybody.
Lastly, i will like to make a suggestion. You may not like it, but i feel that i have to say it. Maybe you can refer to how the HC coaches coach? I dunno what is it that they are able to make their students trained hard and play hard at the same time. I think that we and our juniors will like to be able to do that too. I hope I have not offended you in any way.
