4 is against the law anyway, no one individual can make a rule in a private contract that cancel the official law.

It says:

If mr. Straub does anything wrong but not against the law he is cover by this rule but if he cheat you or steal your money, he is still responsible in front of the law because his own rules can not replace the law and the law say stealing and cheating are to be punish by law.

Note: I do not implie here that mr. Staub has cheat or steal anyone, I just use strong words so everyone will understand easily my point.
