Subject: Trade?

I have been offered a trade and am undecided on it.

My team's RB and WR are as follows:
RB: Portis, Curtis Martin, Shaun Alexander, Duckett
WR: Coles, Glenn, Streets, Troy Brown, Chris Chambers, Keenan McCardell and Donte' Stallworth.

I have been offered Edgerrin James and Curtis Conway for Shaun Alexander.

What do you think? I am leaning towards taking it...
