Subject: That is absolutely inexcuseable....here's what i would do.....

Call a league meeting and discuss the situatiuon, let any owner who wants to speak tell his side or explain in 3 minutes or less.

If it is decided that these 2 teams colluded then the choices are:

1- Elect a new commissioner

2- disqualify last weeks games and eject both owners from the league....in this case you will need to assign an "uneffected" owner or a team of owners on a weekly basis to field the best team availble for each team. AND,BAN ALL transactions with the 2 abandoned teams.

3- Let the owners stay, give them both losses for last week, BAN all transactions with either team, and tell them if it even smells like they are doing something wrong they are gone!

Then vote on whether the game stands or is disqualified, giving both teams a loss.

Regardless of the outcome, the Commissioner should be replaced, he should never have put himself in that position, he should have addressed it BEFORE gametime last week.

This is a terrible situation, but it happens from time to time when $$$ is ionvolved. If nothing is done I would never play with that group again.
