She detoured by the bathroom to pull herself together a bit and get some asprin for him, wiping away the tears without smudging her make-up before she headed through the kitchen, past the catering staff to get him a large glass of water. She returned to his room and set the water on his bedside table along with two pills from the packet. He'd want those when he woke up. She didn't say anything else to Ryan but turned to Eliza and offered a weak smile "I'm going to go to bed... Early morning and all ..." They still had the show to go to tomorrow. It might be good to spend the day away from him but it would mean a day full of Hailey. She slipped out of the room and tipped her head back as she went down the hall to her own, finally allowing the tears to fall now she was alone. She closed her door behind her and unzipped her expensive dress, hanging it up and admiring it a moment before moving to sit in her bed in just her underwear and slip, unpinning her blonde curls and letting them fall down around her as she allowed herself to cry softly.

It was a long time before he fell asleep, fitfully, painfully aware of her in the next room over and aching all through his body, including his heart. She paused outside of Lacey's door for a moment after she left Ryan's room, giving him a incredulous glance and closing the door - she figured it was best to let Lacey work things out on her own, until morning at least.
