She met his eyes for a long moment - searching desperately for anything that might make her feel a little better about the pretty, perky little package - and then finally tore her gaze away and looked to the girl. She inhaled a quiet, but deep breath as he introduced the two, and mustered as warm a smile as she could. "Nice to meet you." She shook the other girl's hand and then shifted so that she was subtly leaning against Paul's side - though her hands returned to her pockets. Meeting old friends was usually not so bad, but this was definitely a little uncomfortable - meeting an old friend who smiled fakely at her and jumped her boyfriend whenever she pleased. He was about to answer when Krissy informed her that Paul was amazing the whole night and how he had the best voice of any of the bands the performed, the best style and the best reaction out of the crowd. She went to tell her how much she though Paul had grown and how she was so proud of all he had accompished. Paul just smiled, like any guy would, his ego basking in the praise though even as Krissy pushed the praise all over him, he was slipping his arm around Belle's waist and drawing her closer to his side. "I think she might be exagerating a little bit but it did go well, thought there was pretty good crowd feedback and we did the encore and everything, so I was pleased...made a couple of bucks to so maybe I'll take you out to dinner or something next week, babe."
