Subject: The last thing that she wanted to hear was this girl raving about how amazing her boyfriend was - it kind of made her sick that any one would be so brazen as to lavish praised over a guy who she had kissed in front of the guy's girlfriend. Some people. She frowned for just a moment - a little surprised by the bitter thoughts running through her head. She wasn't this person at all - she got along with everyone, she was a friendly and sweet and generous person. Breathing out a soft breath, she managed another smile and tried very hard to make it genuine. "Well that sounds great, love... I only caught the encore but it seemed like everyone was pretty in to it." She wondered for a moment if he even knew that she had seen the two of them kissing... It was hard to say.

He questioned, his head cocked to the side as he gazed down at her. She looked pretty but then again, she always looked pretty. He felt a little bad sometimes, that he couldn't take her out very often, didn't get to show her off because he couldn't afford it and he knew she easily could afford to go out every night if she wanted to pay for it...but of course, he wouldn't go for that.
