She murmured, almost wryly as he left them alone, and watched him until he disappeared before sitting up a little, inhaling a slow breath, and turning her gaze back to the girl. At first, she was a little taken back by the comment, but she didn't allow any emotion to register over her features until she could manage a gracious smile and a slight shrug. "Hey, I take it as a compliment..." After all, he was in her bed these days and that was the only thing keeping her accepting about this new with her forward disrespectful manner. "He's doing really well..." He had changed enough since she had first met him that she could recognize the difference in him herself.

  • She nodded a little bit, looking around for a moment before she brought her eyes back to the girl in front of her. "Yeah, he is extremely talented, always has had that raw talent. He needs to get back to New York though where someone could actually help him out with a record deal or more. Not a whole lot of exposure in Podunk here." She stated, shifting to light up a cigarette and then slip the delicate silver lighter back into her purse. "One of these days he'll see that I'm sure..."
