At that, she inhaled a slow, deep breath before managing a sweet smile just for him. She shook her head a little and squeezed his knee as she leaned in to press a brief but warm kiss to the side of his mouth. "No no sweetie, I'm fine." She assured him, because she wasn't about to be the annoying girlfriend, and he didn't deserve any of her attitude. He was having fun that night and that was what he deserved - to enjoy himself and the attention and his night out being the center of it all. "Really." She winked affectionately, and then sipped at her water - she could handle this sitting around while the two old friends caught up.
