Subject: He cocked a brow when she spoke, looking down at her with a warm smile. "Where else would I be going?" It was rare he went to his own place, he was with her most nights at least and he wasn't over there with her, she was with him. "Tucker is still at your place, right?" He had dropped the pup off there earlier, not wanting him to be alone, the dog was quite sensitive and Rogue and Gambit were good company for him, even if Belle wasn't around. She had a key to his place though and he wasn't sure if she had dropped the dog back off before she came out or what. If her dad had stopped by her place it would have seemed a little strange to have the extra pup there...

  • "Just checking..." She smiled a little and winked, then sat up a little, a hand moving to rest at the base of his neck, her fingers gently kneading the tight muscle there. "Yeah, they had all taken over the bed when I left. We might be on the floor tonight..." She glanced over to him again with a small smirk - it was no secret that the dogs tended to rule the roost. They were definitely family members and not just pets. She was just thankful that the three of them got along so well - as odd a combination as they made, her two had gotten quite attached to Paul's little pup. She rested one elbow on the table and her chin in her hand, her other hand still working loose the flesh of the nape of his neck, touch absently loving. (NT) -- Belle, Mon, Jun 05 2006, 4:51pm PDT
