Subject: She smiled a touch beneath his lips, her eyes sliding shut. Everything in her was telling her to let him know that she had missed him, that she was happy that he was back but her pride and her survivors nature kept her quiet. To anyone who glanced over at them though, they just appeared to be a couple of kids who were at the begining of a good relationship - obviously into one another. Her hand shifted to tuck into his front pocket as she tipped her head for him, inviting his lips to meet hers fully.

  • He needed no more encouragement and so his lips found hers for a firm, warm kiss, eyes lightly shut. His hands slipped around to cup her backside as he just held her near to him - he was now officially, god forbid, happy to be back and just as relieved that she seemed to have accepted his return. Being a natural pessimist, he had expected her to ignore him, or be cold, or throw things or something - not to welcome him back as warmly as she seemed to be. He was a lucky man, and fully aware of that for once in his life. (NT) -- Travis, Thu, Aug 25 2005, 12:45am PDT
