Subject: 我自己日常是以電動打蛋器做蛋糕的(我經常做蛋糕,因為覺得方便簡單。),但要高速,而且器皿中一定不能有油,還有,糖可以在打蛋過程中加入的。要高速的原因是讓空氣打入蛋中,不然變了打蛋汁。
