Subject: 站在中醫的角度,反而提倡一定要吃飯,尤其是米飯,因為米能補中益脾胃的,這不是我說的,而有大量中醫古書記載,古時的農民(現在也是),都是大碗大碗的在吃飯,不單沒有發胖,而且身體健康。事實上因為米飯補中,也因脾主四肢及肌肉,故吃飯的人才有力。糖尿病是可以吃出來的,在皇帝內經中有詳述。說是「富貴人病也」,因為吃得太豐富。
