Subject: found the problem

here is the problem with the message we all get "Message Post Time Limit"
Anti-Spam measures installed:
For anti-spam handling we now allow only one post per minute, this not only serves as an anti-spam measure, but also helps prevent duplicate posts in the same forum (when users accidentally click reload and post again). We have also removed spam messages from all forums.
Admins need to contact Voy Forums about fixing this problem. It would solve alot of headaches.
