Message to Mr Salsberry: This rule isn't aimed at you...didn't know who had one or who didn't. I have been told by my comp contacts that the lockup was worth about .05. If it isn't worth anything, why is this rule a problem? Seems you wouldn't care one way or another and you would have sold it. You could buy the Torqueflite with the $!
