Subject: Legal car that rules

John H. and Mark , ect.
What would you guys do if a legal car goes one to two tenths faster than the rest of the field? Also this car wins most or all of the races. Would you make him retire by a rule change? How would you control a run away with-in the rules? It can happen but I don't want to spend the money to see without some answers. I would want to be treated fairly as with-in the rules but don't want to hurt your program by killin the car count. Please respond racers and TPSA. (I am not trying to be a smart ass but want to know answers)

[> Well, we have discussed several avenues. If one car dominates, we will of course have to do something to even things up. However, you will get to run with the rules that are in force on January first until July first with revisions after April posted so you have 2 months to prepare for any changes. We are going to make a set of rules for 2003 before the second week of November so you all will be able to plan for January.
