Subject: Not sure why someone would build a 540 with a short deck block. We're all about keeping this thing as simple as possible. We considered P&G the motors but it just represented another problem. I guy shows up with a stated 565 and it pumps 572. He says he had it pumped and it was 565. Is he disqualified? Your call.
