 It's been awhile....since I have guided someone in this art. See, One of my darling daughters has been, how do I say it, on her own....and has come home at last. She got married two weeks ago, they have their own place too. COOL. Change is not always easy, and this girl has been on a hard and rocky road for several years. Not really getting into details here, but this gives you a basic idea of whats what.

She/they are reciving "Proffessional help", which was already recomended.... We do think meditation would help them (the three of us already discussed it briefly and have yet to set up an "apt." for it. ;)

I need to keep it super simple though. Not sure how to go about that. I am thinking, in the evening w/candles for starters. any ideas?
