Hi Sugar....sorry to have been so scarce here. Working so much more now than previous years! Also my husband was sick for a month and a half with that walking pneumonia/bronchial strain that has been plaguing so many this year.
I always found soothing music helped me also since my mind tends to wander and not be able to be "free" or "still" easilly. Also a focal point helps like a candle flame or a fountain or bowl of water. Some people meditate in the bathtub, especially with the water trickling/running. For lack of time and opportunity I have found the shower also effective. yeah...you know me....very down to earth and all about making things part of my everyday life so that i actually DO IT (to mimick Nike....LOL!)
When it comes to repationships, whether romantic, parent-child, sibling, friends and even business I find that what most people are missing is KINDNESS as well as a sense of fairness and mutual respect. So easy to get caught up in our own rights, needs, wants, issues and just forget to be tollerant and KIND. The majority of relationship problems would be solved if people would truly remember to HARM NONE and put it into practice. (this of course also means to not harm ourselves by staying in any type of abusive relationship.).
Wishing you and your family all of life's fullest and best!
love and light,
Dreemy
