 When I was your age I had it all planned out. I was an only child so I wanted to have the whole big TV-perfect-big happy family. I loved the Waltons, 8 is enough, the brady bunch, etc. I was going to have 5 kids...I had their names all picked out.

When I finaly did have kids (much much later) I had 3 of my own and didn't use any of the names I had imagined between 18 and 21 years old. Then when Spell Weever and I got married we ended up with 5 kids between us. the funniest thing is that his biological son has the name I had originally picked to name my first born son when I was young. Go figure.

You are wise to realize that there is a big difference between liking the idea of having a baby and actually being ready to be a parent. babysit or get into some sort of work with kids. But also realise that dreams about having a baby are most often symbolic of giveing birth to some new creative venture in your life and not literally having a baby.
