Dreemy and Crystal, thank you for your remedies. Is it okay to do both the knot and the toilet paper one? those seem the most effcient for me at the moment but I'm just wondering if both can be done.
Crystal - it's funny that you specifically mentioned lavender - I wear lavender oil everyday! it's mostly because I adore the scent, but it also has a calming effect (very important for me, being prone to anxiety) and meshes well with my body chemistry. I think that it might be helpful to dab a little more on before bed since it's mostly worn off by then, since the anxiety seems to be stronger at night. What do you guys think?

ANOTHER QUESTION: in all likelihood, I will be moving into an apartment with two other very good friends of mine in the fall when I transfer schools. At the present time, there are 3 guys living there who, I get the impression, do a lot of partying and don't keep it very clean. My question is, is there a way for me to clense the negative, cluttered, and stale energy out of the place before I move in? It's important to me that I live in an environment that is free of these things! I've heard lighting sage works, but not sure. Any suggestions would be delightful!

Peace,
Scarlet
