Great to see you here Burton! As Chilli said, you certainly do have class.
I just want to let you know I've been a fan all my life. One of my earliest recollections is hearing "Clap For The Wolfman" on KY58 in the mid-70's. I must have been about 4 years old!!
I've seen you perform many times, and can't wait for the upcoming tour.
Rock and roll obviously means a great deal to you, and your huge knowledge of music shines through every time The Clubhouse airs. I'm very pleased you enjoyed the CLUBHOUSE SPECIAL CD I made for you and Gary to play on CKY. It was really cool to hear you play "I Need You Company", "Love Dream" and the Little Willie John cut. I'm in the process of compiling volume 2 for The Clubhouse, with the entire GUESS WHO-TOGETHER AGAIN album on disc. If there's ANYTHING else you need for The Clubhouse on CD I hope you'll feel free to mention it. Although I'm only 28, my collection of vinyl and CD's expands into the very deepest archives of early rock and roll history. I too, couldn't live without it!
Thank-you so much again Burton, for your great music and down to earth approach to all of us fans. Talking to us here on the board makes it very clear to us why you rank so high as our favorite performer.

Hello Scott...just let me say that I've read all of your reports about the Club House and I'm humbled at the extent of your coverage. It's always a blast doing the show, but I had no idea how much it has come to mean to so many. I was absolutely astounded at the "play by play" detail of some of your postings.Although I love doing Allistar, Pico, the Major, Ken and the Italian guy with the top 5 at 5, the music still remains the primary focus of the show. Since we've been on, I have gotten to refresh many peoples' memory banks regarding fabulous records they may have forgotten about for years. That to me is the magic of the Club House...the music is ALWAYS the God there...without the music, all the other shennanigans would be absolutely meaningless.
I am deeply touched by your involvement in passing on CH nformation to those here on the board who cannot listen to us daily when we're on...Lorne is working tirelessly in advancing our radio show to the net so all who are interested can tune in to the happy madness of the Club House... once again thank you for caring so much...it's an honour to type to you...

As I have said previously Deb, it's pure pleasure doing The Clubhouse reports. I can't wait until it hits the airwaves once more.
By the way, KY58 moved it's studio to Winnipeg's trendy Osbourne Village as of Monday. Apparantly you can view the DJ's on air right from the street through the window!

Yeah, you're correct. I also went online for the very first time during the games! (I STILL feel new to this computer stuff!)
