All the years we rehearse in our minds what we would like to say to our idols and when the time arrives; Dah! I stare at my feet and stutter. Well, not quite.--Burton I'm really tickled that you are visiting this board. I could tell you how much I like your music, style, voice, etc. and every word would be true, but you've already heard it from the other nice folks. Besides we had better be careful; we'll make you self-centered and vain. :-) I've already done enough hounding about the Christmas cd, so I won't go there. But what has crossed my mind many times over my years of 'fandom' is that I would like to hear you do a remake of Stevie Ray Vaughan's 'The House Is Rockin' from his In Step album. It's a jammin' song, you could do it justice, plus I think you may find it entertaining.
Thanks for taking time to visit and post here, I believe it is making us all feel very special. I am really looking forward to the next 'For the Fans' cd. I've been enjoying the first one; the medley of 45s is superb.
