I would lean towards Collection because they are the original recordings and span his entire solo catalog. Now, if you include TGW, then add the two-cd GW Collection.

I think I'd consider the tastes of the person (target). If they were into rock, MOWTY, Woman Love, or Plus Signs. If they were into mellower, I'd lend'em BC or Dream.
