Subject: I am not alone

After purchasing the "Guess Who Greatest Hits" CD last night and "falling in love" with Burton Cummings all over again I never dreamed when I typed in his name in my computer I would find so many others that share my passion for the man I believe has the greating voice that rock and roll ever produced. I still believe the song "Undun" was written about me! thanks for listening and and I may be over 40 but I sure wish you had dropped that sheet of music in the movie "Melanie". (just kidding)

Sounds like you ladies figured he was holding sheet
music for "Fiddlin'".

You're not crazy; just a very nice person. But I believe even had he dropped the sheet there would have been something left for our imaginations............

Imagine, my music idol for the last 30 years, who has played his piano and sang his way deep in my heart was standing there in this birthday suit. Suddenly the music-god became human!!!! I saw enough to keep me happy for a long time.......

I think I made my feelings pretty clear in the chat room last Friday! And, as was mentioned several weeks ago in SAME said room, there is a reason Deb and I (and others I'm sure) have gone through life with an inflexible attraction to dark haired men with moustaches......
(Navygirl blushes once again).

I can remember getting this movie off E-Bay and being so excited when I got it in the mail, I rushed right to the VCR and popped it in (with my kids present in the room). When we first saw Burton in almost all his glory, I got quite a lot of ribbing from the kids and was glad the sheet music stayed in place. When I'm viewing it alone, however... (and the walls come a'tumblin down)

Well let me get your minds going with this thought.....It is my firm conviction that there's never been a tune more appropriate for stripping (You know, taking your clothes off!) than So Long Bannatyne -- go ahead, listen to it with that in mind! Well I know Burton doesn't think much of music videos, but isn't THAT a music video for the mind?
(OK, excuse me!)

I always thought of Just Let Me Sing as the perfect strip song, funny you should mention it. So Long Bannatyne to strip to? Hmmmmm ain't we a bunch of naughty girls? heeheehee

Personally, I like to ponder over the mysteries of life. Sometimes a clear view might stunt your emotional and creative growth. But.... had the wind blown that sheet music away my creative thinking certianly would have kicked into overtime.......Debbieray2
