Thank you for being so moved by the bridge in A Song For Him...I always kinda like the cut, never dewlling much on the lyrics...always like the strings...after reading your comment, i went and played the cut on cd and was pleased with how it made me feel..some cuts become an embarrassment as years pass, but this particular cut seems to stand up rather well...i am moved...thank you again for considering my lyrics worthy of perusal...

Burton- You may not be aware that your fans have made your music and persona one of the most active topics on the net among musical acts. It's really been a great way to keep your music alive. Speaking of strings, I've been listening to Road Food recently (long commute to work)and really like the instrumentation on Ballad of the Last Five Years. I wondered who was involved with that because it really goes with the song in ways that Paul Buckmaster's arrangements went with Elton John's early music.
