Subject: Guess Who

Well, is this ever exciting. What can I say? I am only 21, but am committed to telling anyone and everyone I can about the music of the Guess Who. This was truly a great rock and roll band. The best part about The Guess Who (in my opinion, BC) is that it evolved. It was capable of doing straight out rollickers like AW or whatever, but could put out some sheer beauties like Do Ya Miss Me Darlin, while doing excellent jazzier tunes like Straighten Out. People always talk about bands like the Stones being so great. And, yes, to a certain degree, they are great. But their music all sounds the same, over 30 plus years. Bands like the Guess Who and the Beatles are, to me, more significant, simply because one can listen to their music and see, not neccessarily a progression, but at least attempts to try something new. Plus, the Guess Who did it while switching members without a single flaw.
BC, thank you for giving me the best music I have ever heard. My whole family is coming to the concert when it hits Calgary, although I am making my parents sit seperately from my sisters and I. I know, harsh, but, y'know.
Long Live the Guess Who!
Mandrew
