Yes, we thought so too. Regardless, the two of them are pleased by it. They are really close friends. Spectre gained his beast mode at the same time Prowl did. In fact, two of our Council Operatives were also on that ship. Splashdown and Nightshade both escaped alongside Prowl and Spectre. The four of them remained close after returning to Cybertron. In fact, before he was assigned to the Council, Spectre had been an Operative himself.

Council Operatives? What do you mean by that?

Orbital grinned quite widely, and shook his head. We’ll get to them. But first...I’ve covered all seven of your fellow Councilors. We’re left with the eighth and final Councilor, who has finally shown up after almost a month of waiting. I’m interested in getting to know that Councilor, Alex. Tell me about the eighth Councilor, and then I’ll tell you what the Council is really about.

Alex looked at Orbital for a moment. How much of my past do I tell now...and how much do I leave for later?
