I knew Micrsosoft was going to have trouble with the Shmex-Box. As far as I'm concerned, no sane human being is going to fork over nearly $500 for a brick so heavy you can kill someone with it. And now, they overheat. I can see where Microsoft is going now.

Sadly, I too am dismayed by this news on the Gamecube. Because of the two-week delay (Thank God it wasn't two months, like last time), people will have plenty of time to pick up a Shmex-Box and when the Gamecube comes out, people won't be able to buy a Gamecube cuz MS sapped all their money. Damn, now I'm beginning to understand their strategy... But still, people do not have the money for the Schmex-Box, and it'll cost more to revamp those controllers, so it's their loss. Tsk, tsk...

I don't care who wins this one - Nintendo or Sony. It'd be best if they came in a close tie. But I do want to see MS fail miserably on this one. Then they'll know better when they think of monopolising the video game industry.
