What troubles me is that I have read somewhere that certain motherboards can't make use of RAM beyond a certain point. My computer is about 4 years old now, if not more, and I was looking for a way to speed things up. I currently have a 324 MHz Pentium and 128 MB RAM (not sure what kind...neither the standard windows programs nor Norton Utilities tell me). I figure a RAM upgrade would be easier and cheaper than trying to get a new processor and / or motherboard. I took a look at things while I was installing that CD-RW drive, but I didn't see anything to clearly identify it. I guess I'll have to go back in and take a better look.....
