Heh....go get your hands on a copy of Xenogears, and wait til you get to Aveh. At the festival in Shakan square, and later at the tavern, you can get Fei drunk and watch the screen do some nice, wavy affects. Unfortunately, those stop when you go to a new area, but I guess it would get annoying if it didn't.

I have indeed played Chrono Cross, and all the way through. I got my greedly hands on a copy of it the very day it first came out here. I must admit though that I have mixed feelings about it. As a stand-alone RPG, I love it --- especially the battle system, which is the best and most innovative that Squaresoft has come up with to date. As a sequal to Chrono Trigger on the other hand ..... well, some parts were cool, but others were dissapointing, or even damn annoying. However, to avoid this turing into one of my infamous rants, I'll save this for another post. Over all though, I thought it was great game, and more than worth my money.
