Subject: To back up what Roopali said- Just because you have been LUCKY enough to win a state title, or even make the top ten , doesnt mean youre any better of a competitor than girls who havent won. Look at Chris Saltalamacchio? he has girls win, is he a pageant girl? no. Just because he won Mr DE ( which is a fundraiser pageant..)?? Dont knock down Roopali's endeavor or any other girl in the Miss organization who wants to coach and be kind enough to pass on their knowledge of competing.

There are PLENTY of girls who have aged out that we should be utilizing, ESPECIALLY the Miss NJ board. They have been there and done it and could bring some REFRESHING skills that could bring our girls to the top and FINALLY put NJ on the map.

In reply to: I’m not trying to justify anything. I know there are other coaches, but I also know that I too am qualified. Pageants made me into the person I am today; physically, mentally & emotionally. I know what I have gained, and learned. It’s up to you whether or not you want to find out what I am all about 's message, "I have also been on both sides of competition. Being a judge has taught me what I, and others, look for in a titleholder. I know what has impressed the panel in my 4 years of judging experience and that is what I will share. I have judged NAM in 2 states, and US International in 1, and I’m not planning on ending it there. Judging offers a similar thrill to competing, and I will continue to gain knowledge from the people that determine the results in pageantry. My high placements demonstrate high scores. I can’t help it if a judge preferred another girl over me. Maybe the judging panel was split, as I have seen in my judging experience, and one vote was all it took. Would I go back & fix my mistakes if I could? Yes. Have I learned so much through my years in competition that I wish I could fix what kept me from the crown? Yes. But I can’t. What I can do is share the knowledge that I have learned, and hope that someone doesn’t make similar mistakes" on 14:47:11 01/03/14 Fri

[> [> [> [> Subject: I also forgot to add that the girls who are good competitors, who usualy make great coaches are the ones who have lost... who go back time and time again to compete... because they go back and refine their skills, and by the end of it all THEY are the ones that truly knows what it takes to win.... It just wasnt meant to be for them to win because a majority of the time....it takes LUCK.
