Once again New Jersey lets the rule passed. You are required to have two separte panels of judges one panel of judges for "teen" and one panel of judges for "Miss" As for the award you can't combine teen and miss. Plus don't you need a runner up just incase the winner can not continue on with her duties. I am shame to be part of system in which rules can be broken. -- Unofficial Miss New Jersey Message Board

Author: Its hard to say who should of won but the contestants overall were ok at best.
