Subject: Call me crazy, but if these local pageants would let people know when and where their pageants were being held, maybe they would have more people show up. Why do they keep them a secret? NJ is an embarrassment; some locals you may win 100 or so. It doesn't even pay to be in a pageant to win scholarship money when you are spending more money on gowns and talent than you can possible even win from a local or state pageant. I never said anything about PA I was complaining about the amounts of the scholarships and that pageants just suddenly appear on the website; even if it has been on there a few weeks.
