If her comments were found to be in poor taste by someone in the organization (in this case Michael Kelly) that person has every right to express that her comments do not mirror their own opinion. Nothing was said that refutes or calls into question the organization or any of its members. His freedom of speech is protected just as plainly as the former who expressed her opinion. And if we want to get technical, no one even knew about it until someone else posted about it on a message board - so who is really in the wrong here?
