This reminds of one time we mixed up samples in the lab, but I digress.

So you have an A and two Bs and need to get a dosage of one each. Carefully cut each of the three pills in half, placing the halves into two different piles. Thus you will have two sets of 1/2 pills, each containing half of an A and two halves (= a whole) of a B. Take another A pill and cut it in half to complete the dosage; now you have 2 days worth of medication separated.
