Mo - bell is correct. Think of it this way... push the middle of all 3 pills down on a razor facing up simultaneously (careful... ooooh, that's gotta sting). Three halves should fall to the right of the razor, 3 to the left. Separate the right 3 halves into one pile, the left 3 into a separate pile. What do we know about our piles? That each pile contains two halves of B and one half of A. If you cut another A pill in two and add a half to each pile, then we know that each pile has 2 A halves and 2 B halves -- or one whole A and one whole B. Take one pile today, the other pile tomorrow and call me in the morning.
