Orion stands up, his knee joints creaked in protest. He dusted his legs off and looked at his creation. A lumpy, lopsided hulk of sand with colored rocks and shells and sticks. He smiled childishly and started walking along the sand again, leaving his castle to dot the shore. Seeing Valenthe along the shore, sitting alone, Orion walked up to her and sat down silently next to her. He sensed sadness and sorrow coming from her, and just let his strong presence hopefully give her comfort. -- Ocean
