Chaos wanders towards the ocean shore. He hesitates once he reaches the sandy beaches and merely stands watching the tentacled beast. Without much thought he reaches into his bag and takes out a thin blanket. His hands and arms were already wrapped, but he used ths towel to tie around his torso, covering most of his exposed skin with cloth. Once done he returns his eyes to the unfolding drama. Most of his attention falls to the crashing waves and endless blue of the unforgiving ocean. Chaos never did learn how to swim properly, they could never manage to keep him in water long enough. Hooboy, this wasn't going to be fun. The only way he was going near that water was...Coming to a depressing conclusion, Chaos heaves a heavy sigh and unfolds his pack. He sets his sword in the sand beside him then hauls up two bottles and a mug. He then proceeds to pour the two odd mixes into his favored cup and drinks. Wincing at the flavor, he gulps down the entire thing and proceeds to do it again. And again. One of the bottles looks suspiciously like whiskey...The other? Chaos's personal mix, a potent cure-all that leaves you very drunk when it wears off.

OOC: Chaos has aquaphobia, by the way. I think that this rescue should be quite interesting, and ought to require LOTS of alcohol!
Why'd y'all have to go into this mess in the first place? Are you determined to kill your characters?
