Lunae, fixed in a deep thought finally snaps out of it. Observing the situation going on around her she notices the stranger who had dived in to help Arwen was now being pulled under. Deciding that she had better do something starts to think what would be the best way of handling this. "Lets see. I've read about something like this once. It contains a posion in its tentacles, I'll want to avoid those. What eles did I reading?" A tentacle darts out in Lunae's direction, but she jumps backward out of its reach. Fighting was not one of Lunae's strong points, but speed and agility were. "Now I could try going that way. No, no, maybe I should, no that wouldn't work either." Yet another flaw, Lunae spends way too much time thinking rather than doing. Deciding that there was really no safe way to do this, Lunae prepares to make a dash towards the water. "I am so stupid. I am going to get myself killed!" she thinks to herself as she charges forward. Dodging the tentacles she reaches the water and dives in. Searching around Lunae finds the boy being dragged under. Quickly she pulls out her knife and cuts the tentacle holding him. The blob, now even more irritated at feeling more pain, lashes its tentacles about in fury. Lunae seeing that the situation is getting more dangerous grabs the boy and starts swimming toward the shore. Unfortunately Lunae isn't as fast in water as she is one land. Right before she is about to make it to shore a tentacle slaps the back of her leg. Instantly her leg goes numb and the tingling sensation starts to spread fast. Releasing the boy she quickly reaches into her pocket. Lunae pulls out a now wet notebook. Scrambling through her notes, Lunae searches for a certain page. "Antindote, where is the list for the antidote. I know I wrote it in her." Lunae, now distracted is hit across her back. The darkness clouds her vision and her body falls limply toward the shallow water and sand. Blackness surrounds as she falls. Her notebook falling next to her, lands open to the page that she so desperately searched for. The page with the list of the antidote. Oh well, it's no use to her now.
