Hi Ruth Jan Black sent me this e-mail about your trouble in Villisca! I would like more informaion on this! I have owned american stafforshire terriers for about 25 years and have seen a lot of breed bans and laws over the years. I belong to the American Bull Breeds Ass. We meet online every sunday at 8pm. our time to dissc. this type fo thing. We would be glad to have you join us. I live in Red Oak and we could meet and talk about it which might be the best way to dissc. this since I am not good at writeing what I want to. How long has Villisca had this ban? Ruth Gay from Villisca called me the other night. Evidently the city of Villisca has banned all pit bulls, rotts and dobermans and anything mixed with these breeds. Ruth has a doberman mix and the city will not license her dog. I am sure I don't have all the facts, but I advised her to seek legal help. I emailed her the information on an attorney in Council Bluffs called Steve Ann Chambers. She is the president of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Again, I am not sure she gave me all facts, but anything you could give her would be appreciated.
