Subject: Who negotiated Stonebriar Mall

Lets not forget the hard work and many hours of work by Sam Roach, Jim Gandy and the Economic Development Corp.in Frisco. With out their knowledge and PR as this was progressing we could have lost the Mall to Plano. This was not a one man show, it had many volunteers that dedicated many hours too.So lets give credit to all. This is the greatest coo during Bob Warrens Administration though, not Kathys.
