Subject: Angels/Demons/Illusions

I have recently been asked to minister to
a lady who says she constantly sees angels
and/or demons. She says they are everywhere
in her house and follow her wherever she goes.
She says some are good and "kind", while others
are mean and "menacing". From all that I can
discern, the woman has been a lifelong Christian
and has never done anything to invite demonic
presence or influence in her life.
After having met with and prayed with her family,
I am pretty certain that what she is dealing with
is not actually demonic visitations, but rather
illusions caused by some chemical imbalance or other
mental disorder. Mental illness runs strong in her
family history, though she herself has never shown
any signs of it until lately. (She is in her late sixties). So far, all bloodwork, CAT scans, MRIs,
etc. have shown nothing out of the ordinary.
The poor lady desperately wants help and is constantly
praying in Jesus' name for these "people" to leave
her alone so she can have a normal life again. She is
requesting prayer from all of her friends and every
Christian minister she knows on her behalf. She asked
me if I would request prayer from you all and I promised
her that I would.
Any advice for a relatively young minister is greatly
appreciated.

Sincerely In Christ,
Brad Campbell
