Hi club members.

Firstly I'd like to apologise to everyone for the lack of newsletters over the last few months and to anyone who has had trouble joining / renewing their membership.

Our Membership Secretary has been too busy of late to deal with all the club correspondence and sort out renewals / new memberships / mailing labels for the newsletter etc.

However we do need to get things back on track ASAP, so we're having a special committee meeting at the Phantom winger on Wed 21st October, and it's the club AGM on the 19th November, It is important that as many club members as possible come along to the AGM to vote in the new committee for 2010. As usual all the committee posts are dissolved and then re-elected at the AGM, so make sure you get your say in the running of your club, and if you wish to volunteer your services then please make yourself known.
