Help! Having problems with the ignition on my 1977 VW Beetle.
Symptoms - no spark out of coil.
Checked voltage into coil 12v okay.
New coil fitted.
Distributor has had fitted electronic ignition. Suspect this unit may be faulty. Is there any way of testing this and where am I likely to obtain a new one from.
Now spending more time on the drive than driving the car!!!
