WHEN YOU PERFORMED THE REPLACEMENT SEAL DID YOU CLEAN GOOD USING ALCOHOL THE SURFACE WHERE THE NEW SEAL INTERFACE? SECOND DID YOU GRAESE BEFORE INSTALL THE OUTER AND INNER DIAMETERS OF THE SEAL? THIRD THE SEAL INSTALL WITH THE RIGHT TOOL GOES ALL THE WAY UNTIL SEAT.

ANOTHER THING TO CONSIDER IS TO MAKE SURE THE CRANK SURFACE WHERE THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL WILL BE ON CONTACT IS FREE OF SNICKS OR SCRATCHES.

IF THE ABOVE WAS PERFORMED THE CASE MAY HAVE A MICRO CRACKED FROM THE SEAL AREA OR ANY AREA ADJACENT AS REMOTE POSSIBILITY. CAM SEAL COULD BUT IS REMOTE TOO. HOPE THIS HELP.

USE BRAKE CLEANER 4700 FROM NAPA TO CLEAN AND TROUBLESHOOT SUSPECT AREA.
