Good for you Margaret. I wish your friend peace and tranquility.
As we've said before, life's too sure to peel a grape. I am just thankful (oops typed a whole load of tosh at first as I had my fingers on the wrong keys) that I have a load of good friends with whom I am in contact nearly everyday by email, have known one of them for 60 years and the others for 52 years as we were all at school together, and we can be as rude as we like to each other knowing that it isn't meant and that we are only joshing each other, even to the extent that someone might send an email and get just a one word reply from someone that merely reads "slut" but it isn't meant in that tone at all. It's just a group of very good friends commincatng over the miles (Oz, USA, France, and mostly UK) and enjoying each other's company.
