I'm giving your one pan dinner a go on Sunday Gilly. Bought the ingredients today (well, yesterday). What gas mark is 180 celsius?

I have an apple tree that in recent years has taken productivity to levels that the manufacturing industry can only dream of. The apples are small but plentiful. I'm thinking of putting some of them into the pan. Good idea? Should I peel them?

A Colmans shop!? I didn't know such a thing existed.

BB
