Gilly....When I saw the Troggs back in the eighties,
it was Reg Presley with some younger guys that he had put to gether as the Troggs.Of the whole line up they were easily the best musically and the most entertaining,although Gerry puts on a good show too.

I think the Srewart you were looking for was Andie,my late Father hated Andie Stewart as he said he always had to sing louder than everyone else and always be front and centre.

About the song "When you and I were young Maggie" I think I have posted this before,but just outside of Hamilton ,Ontario on the way to Port Dover on the shores of Lake Erie is a sign post directing you to the place where the author of that song lived.Every one thinks it is a traditional song from Scotland ,I did too, untill I came to live here and I saw the sign.I went to the house once and there was another sign telling the story of the author and the song and Maggie,I think if you "Googled" it ,it would be easy to find.
