Sounds like it will be restored to it's original beauty when you are done and from everything I have heard from you it sounds like it was/will be a beautiful, desirable home. I wish you the best of luck.

There does come that time in our lives where we have to move to a more "senior" (OMG, am I actually saying that) friendly home. We are contemplating selling in the next few years and buying a condo that is all one level, no more stairs. I am pretty tired of the stairs but we hate giving up living on the lake. Pretty tough decision. Red wants to buy a condo in FL also for winter living, I am not quite ready to do that although January weather makes it quite tempting. Don't want to leave Granddaughter and miss her school events January-early April. Tough decisions coming.

Also making tough decisions about continuing to raise Leader Dogs. In a condo we won't have a fenced in yard so that makes a huge difference. Current one, Ellis may be my last. If so, I can walk away proud/content that I have improved the life of others. I just have to face not having pups around any more, they bring me such joy.

Best of luck with all the improvements and the sale.
